Terms of Service

These Terms govern use of the VibrantDevelop platform for automated WhatsApp messaging and AI campaigns.

Account Requirements. Users must be 18+, register a valid account, verify email before accessing full features. Service is intended for legitimate business use only.

Acceptable Use. You may not spam, harass, send unlawful communication, promote illegal products or bypass Meta's policies. Messages must opt-in and include unsubscribe capability.

Subscriptions & Payment. Paid subscriptions are prepaid per month. No refunds after period start. Cancel anytime via dashboard. Contact sales for unlimited usage quotes.

Liability. We are not liable for message blocking by Meta/WhatsApp. We provide reasonable uptime, service delivered asynchronously.

Intellectual Property. All platform IP remains ours. You retain ownership of exported contact, message logs and campaign data.
